Welcome to Burton Farm

We’re delighted to welcome Burton Farm, near to Nuneaton, to our rosta of open water swimming venues that we’re hosting sauna pop-up events at.

Burton Farm have a lovely swimming lake that lends itself to both avid open water swimmers and newbies wanting to dip their toe in the water. This is because it’s pretty shallow, so if you’re wanting to get started but are worried about being out of your depth, this is the place to go.

They also have a super lovely cafe with a roaring log burner and a packed menu.

We’ll be there with sauna for our taster pop-up on Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th of December. At the time of writing this we have about 42 people booked in across both days, so plenty of spaces should you want to give sauna a try.

You book your sauna session with us direct on our booking page. Booking either a 30 minute slot, or go really wild and book back to back sessions to get 60 minutes. This will allow you to either have a nice leisurely sauna session. Or, if you also book a swim direct with Burton Farm on their website, you can then alternate between the water and the sauna multiple times.

Alternating between the cold water and the heat of the sauna is the ultimate feel good activity - with a whole host of physical and mental health benefits to boot!
