Hermitage Works Sauna and ice bath weekender

We’re super excited to be working with Hermitage Works, to bring sauna and ice bath to (near) Market Harborough!

Lots of our social media followers are from the Harborough area and have asking for some sauna opportunities closer to them. And it works well for us too, as we are also based near to Harborough!

So, we have something pretty special for you…

It'll be the perfect post Christmas, pre New Year reset.

Saturday 28th & Sunday 29th December

It’s a sauna pop-up with a difference. There isn’t a swimming option, so we’re bring ice baths to the party!

For just £25 per person, you'll have 90 minutes of access to the sauna, cold plunge, hot drinks and some pastries and sweet treats.

Each session will accommodate up to 7 people. So, round up your squad and get booked in! Book just one place for yourself, book a whole session out, or anything in between!

If you're buying a spot as a gift for someone, let us know and we'll send you a printable gift voucher to give to them.

What to expect:

If you’re new to sauna or cold plunge, we’ll guide you through the whole thing. You don’t need to have done either before - and if cold plunge scares the hell out of you, you can choose not to do it, or just see how you feel on the day - it’s all about what works for you!

It’ll be super chilled out and the aim is to relax and have a fun time! You might meet some new people, you might try something new!

What you’ll need:

It’s best to arrive with your swimwear already on and some comfy clothes that’ll be easy to put back on later. If you have a DryRobe or changing robe, this is the perfect event to crack it out! You’ll need some flip flops/sliders/crocs etc, and at least 2 towels - 1 for sitting on in the sauna, and 1 for drying off.

Also, make sure you arrive nicely hydrated. Try and have at least a litre of water 2 hours before your session to avoid dehydration from the sauna.

Who can’t take part:

We’re fully inclusive, but we do have a list of people/situations/health concerns which will rule you out of this event unless your doctor says it’s okay:

  • Unfortunately, this isn’t one for anyone pregnant - we can’t have anyone pregnant in the sauna for insurance purposes

  • If you’ve had a heart attack or stroke

  • If you have cardiovascular conditions and/or problems

  • You have epilepsy

  • You have asthma or a breathing condition

  • High or low blood pressure

  • If you have arterial disease

Under 16’s - we are allowed to accommodate under 16’s as part of our insurance if they are accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times - however, this will be largely an adult environment -so if you’d like to bring younger members of the family with you, it might be best to book a whole session just for your family.
